This place was a lifesaver! I’m planning a move to Bozeman and decided to sell my existing furniture instead of moving it so was looking for new furniture and quickly (no easy task right now). Hunter made everything so easy to do virtually and they are even loaning some pieces until all my purchases arrive. By far the best furniture shopping experience I’ve had. They have a great variety of pieces and actually have some in stock which seems unheard of right now. Highly recommend (and I’m not one to leave reviews)!

Above and beyond!! I can't say enough about Bobcat Home Furnishings and their staff. I was blown away by the customer service!! A sudden water leak caused an unplanned need to have my entire basement flooring redone. I secured many quotes around town and was impressed with the friendly professional service I received from Cameron and Chad at Bobcat Home Furnishings. They were willing to go the extra mile to win my business and they followed through on all fronts. The project was in a time crush and they bent over backward to meet this deadline. An employee even picked up my carpet and hauled it from Missoula when it appeared the order wasn't going to make it in time. Every time I spoke with Chad or Cameron I was met with a friendly response and eagerness to make me happy. They were awesome about keeping me informed along the way and always showing up when they said they would. Their flooring installer was amazing and equally as friendly and professional. He installed everything timely and without leaving any mess behind. He even went above and beyond to make the floor transitions flow beautifully. We will be redoing our upstairs flooring soon and look forward to working with Bobcat again real soon.We ended up getting a new dryer while we were there and Allan, the appliance manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful. It was delivered as soon as it arrived to the store with no delays.

Haven't purchased my pieces and finished the transaction yet, but... From the second I walked in the door, to the moment I left, the staff was knowledgeable, SUPER friendly and polite, ready to help and assist, and a pleasure to work with. I have found certain pieces for a little bit cheaper a few other places, but based on the customer service in those stores compared to Bobcat, this store deserves your business. They have been texting with me to work things out and have been super accommodating. I am definitely pleased with all of the interactions thus far, and I will definitely be returning to them for my furniture and home needs in the future. They have a MASSIVE amount of pieces to choose from, the store is huge. Everything is high quality, and they have inventory that suites various budget brackets. Also, found some unique pieces! Very Helpful without being overbearing.We were able to find furniture we are very happy with, some from showroom floor and some ordered, without breaking the bank.We will consider buying from them again in the future.

Loved the selection. Found the perfect sofa and I was excited to be able to take it home the same day. 3 awesome guys helped us load the sofa in our truck and they were so nice! I’ll definitely shop here again and recommend to my friends. :)
